Unlock character pieces by playing through the story, introducing a whole selection of them to collect and use in battle. Engage in a riveting two-player abstract strategy board game played on top of a checkered board using the game pieces that you have accumulated during your playthrough of the game, testing your ability and quick-thinking.

This game not only tests your critical thinking, but also your visualization, calculation, tactics, evaluation, analysis, and strategic skills by forcing you to come up with a stratagem that will find an opening within an opponent's defence. Will you be able to find your enemy's weakness? Or will they get there first?

Will you be able to survive? We'll find out.

Explore, battle, and come up with strategies to best your opponent in combat to unlock unique game pieces that can then be used for battle,  upgrading, or to unlock new content!

Each game figure has a specialty that effects the game board in different ways! Swap character abilities to make your roster truly unique. And bust out accessories for your pieces to give you the edge in battle.

Shops are the main form of acquiring chess pieces and accessories, and play a major role in the game. These shops require a special currency in exchange that can only be obtained by winning matches. They are located all over the map within the story.
